What about the lead time?

For the sample order, the lead time is around 5-10days
Do you have any MOQ for product?

Generally, MOQ is 500pcs but it will be vary depends on the particular product.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

By ship or airplane, upon customer’s request. It takes 25-30 days by SEA or 5-10 days by FLIGHT.
How to proceed an order?

We will issue a Proforma Invoice after receipted your formal PO. After receipted the order deposit, we will start to process the order.
Does it allow to print my logo on the product?

Yes, you need to send your logo artwork to us for working.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?

We provide a warranty to our product, Difference product have difference warranty period, from 3 to 5 years.
Can I visit your factory in China?

Feel free to visit us. Online video conferencing and factory tours are also welcome, waiting for your contact.
